A 60-minute assessment and written plan, then two 30-minute video reviews. With an HCPC-registered dietitian from Rick's team.

Extended Care
6 SESSIONS · 16 WEEKS
A 60-minute assessment and written plan, then five 30-minute video reviews. With an HCPC-registered dietitian from Rick's team.

Who delivers your care. Your Clinical Consultation is with Rick. Focused and Extended Care are delivered by an HCPC-registered dietitian from Rick's team, under his clinical oversight.
Case managers, deputies and insurers. Fees are confirmed on referral.
Not included. Diagnostic tests, prescriptions, appointments beyond those listed, messaging between appointments unless agreed in writing, and emergency or urgent care.
