Based in central London and working internationally, he provides specialist nutrition consultations for adults and children as well as expert witness reports in clinical nutrition cases.

I’m Rick Miller, a Registered Dietitian with more than 15 years of experience across hospital medicine, private clinical practice, elite sport and medico-legal work.
Over the course of my career I have supported patients across a wide spectrum of clinical nutrition needs. From infants experiencing feeding challenges through to adults managing complex metabolic or gastrointestinal conditions.
In addition to clinical practice, I provide independent expert witness opinion in cases involving clinical nutrition and malnutrition where dietary management may be relevant to the issues in dispute.

Paediatric Nutrition
In paediatric practice I support infants, children and adolescents experiencing feeding difficulties, faltering growth, food allergies or complex nutritional needs.
Working closely with parents and healthcare teams, the goal is to provide clear guidance that supports both healthy growth and family confidence.
Expert Witness in Clinical Nutrition
Alongside clinical practice, I provide independent expert witness reports and testimony in cases involving clinical nutrition.

Complications relating to enteral or parenteral feeding
Paediatric failure to thrive and feeding concerns
Nutrition-related harm in clinical negligence cases
