In addition to clinical work, I provide independent expert witness reports in cases involving clinical nutrition and malnutrition in the UK and internationally.
Solicitors and courts instruct me to review medical records, assess standards of care and provide impartial opinion in nutrition-related clinical negligence cases.
I provide independent expert witness opinion in matters relating to clinical nutrition across civil litigation, personal injury, family proceedings and criminal cases.
Reports are prepared in accordance with the relevant court rules, including CPR Part 35 and the duties of expert witnesses across civil, family and criminal proceedings.

Failure to recognise or manage malnutrition in hospitals or care settings
Failure to perform or act on MUST (Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool) assessments
Failure to monitor weight, nutritional intake or nutritional decline
